If you are looking for a bank that when you walk in makes you feel like a person and not a number, or that does not get rich on your hard earned money by charging outrageous banking fees, if you’re looking for a bank that has a friendly helpful staff. or if you’re looking for a bank that believes in customer services and truly goes out of their way to help you then Rochdale Credit Union is the bank for you .  The staff at Rochdale are truly wonderful from Wendy who always has a smile when you walk in to Debbie who truly goes out of her way to help you achieve your dreams and believes in you and your future and to all  the staff that makes Rochdale Credit Union what it is today.  My husband and I can’t be happier with  the service we receive and plan on being life long members our only regret is that we didn't find it sooner.  We have banked at many other banking institutions and as far as we are concerned their isn’t a bank that has what Rochdale has to offer.

I want to take a few minutes to tell you about My Credit Union.  That would be Rochdale Credit Union of course, and it's not really mine,but that's how I feel.  I've been a Credit Union Member, for over thirty four years.  These wonderful people have managed my finances andinvestments in a professional and "down home" manner, that I can't resist calling them mine.By the way "down home" to me, means up front and personal.  I don't really spend time understanding finances, but I know from experience that if I can get a break, they will let me know.  And, it's alway my decision.  No pressure.  For those of you who have your finances well in hand, you can count on the staff to give you up to date and wise advise as to how to better your investments.  My Credit Union has a wonderful team. And even though we have two other banks in town, I will stay where I feel I am looked after, and not just a number.

I opened a small business in Ingersoll in December 2006 because I enjoyed researching this community and thought it would be excellent for my business.

I visited the financial institution I was dealing with at the time and requested some information regarding a business account and lending.  Then one of my regular customers that deals at Rochdale Credit Union, ask if I had ever met the staff in the Ingersoll office.  I didn't even know that there was a credit union in town.

So I took the first step and made a phone call inquiring about what they could do for me.  They were able to put a plan together and gave me my options and it all came together. I am very happy with the service at Rochdale, the money I save in service charges and the staff are great in the Ingersoll branch.

I would highly recommend anyone to the community credit union.

My family and I moved to Canada in the summer of 2007.  We had been successful farmers in our home country, but decided to venture out and buy a farm in Canada.

We were disappointed when we approached a financial institution that had been recommended to us, for money to do some renovations to the farm. We had lots of collateral, but our income was limited and our credit history was non-existent.

Our friends/neighbors recommended we visit Rochdale Credit Union in Ingersoll.  We initially met with a friendly and helpful financial service representative who had full confidence in us and worked very diligently to accommodate our financial need.   She also gave us good advice on how to establish a credit rating in a new country.

In just a few months we have established ourselves well enough to have a collateral mortgage put on our property.  This ensures money is available at the best rates whenever a need arises.

Rochdale treats us like long time members, calling us by name when we are in the branch, and of course always a friendly face!
