We are always pleased to have you visit a branch to complete your banking. For those times when you just can't get to see us, and for those who like more options, we offer our In Touch® Telephone Banking and Member Direct® Internet Banking.

Both these services provide our members with the ease and convenience of banking any day, at any hour, from anywhere there is either a touch tone phone or a computer.

In Touch® Telephone Banking allows you to:
• Determine account balances
• Review account activity
• Transfer funds
• Pay bills
• Make loan payments

Member Direct® Internet Banking allows you to:
• Obtain account balances
• Determine account activity
• Print out account statements
• Transfer funds
• Make bills payments (effective today, tomorrow or on-going)
• Make loan payments
• Download information to Microsoft Money, Quicken or QuickBooks

To sign up for the service, visit your local Rochdale branch. Bring in the most recent copies of bills you wish to pay by telephone, so we can register you with the vendors you choose. When you pay your bills by phone, you should make note of the confirmation number that you receive, as it provides you with a record of your transaction. To pay bills through Member Direct® Internet Banking, have copies of recent bills handy and follow the instructions on the screen.
