We also offer you alternatives to visiting the branch, for times when other banking methods are more convenient for you. You can use your Member Card with no additional service charges at hundreds of ATM'S across Canada. This allows you to access your accounts whenever you want to, wherever you are. Just look for the INTERAC NETWORK, PLUS® or EXCHANGE® logos. You can also use your Member Card for Debit purchases) . You can access your Rochdale accounts by telephone using our InTouch® Telephone Banking service or by computer using Member Direct® Internet Banking.
